By creating an account or using any MarwadiPay service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

User Obligations

As a user of MarwadiPay services, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and use of services must be accurate, current, and complete
• Account Security: Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Compliance: Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
• Authorized Transactions: Only process transactions that you are authorized to make
• KYC Requirements: Complete all Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by law
• Cooperation: Cooperate with our investigations of suspected violations of these Terms

Payment Terms

Understanding how payments work on MarwadiPay:

• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• We may change our fees with 30 days' prior notice
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
• Failed transactions will be refunded as per our standard process

Prohibited Activities

You must not use MarwadiPay services for any of the following purposes:

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MarwadiPay provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party service failures
• You are responsible for backing up your transaction data

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MarwadiPay services:

• If you breach these Terms or our policies
• If required by law or regulatory authorities
• If we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• For prolonged inactivity of your account
• At our discretion with reasonable notice

Upon Termination:

• Your access to services will be immediately revoked
• You remain liable for all outstanding obligations
• We will process any pending transactions
• You may request withdrawal of remaining balance (subject to verification)

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MarwadiPay services are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• The MarwadiPay name and logo are our trademarks
• You retain ownership of your transaction data
• We grant you a limited license to use our services

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms:

• First attempt to resolve through our customer support
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
• Governed by the laws of India
• Courts in Jaipur have exclusive jurisdiction

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes:

• We will update the date at the top of this document
• Significant changes will be notified via email or platform notification
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
• You can review previous versions upon request
